Affirmations

I really didn’t take affirmations seriously until my close friend David had made huge strides in his life and recommended the self-help classic “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.
 
I truly believe in their effectiveness and do affirmations twice daily, once first thing in the morning when I wake up and right before I go to bed.
 
When you do your affirmations with emotion, you’re learning to master your ‘internal-world’ being your subconscious mind and the self-talk that you have in your head.  By cultivating and instilling faith and belief in yourself that in turn affects how you move through your ‘outer-world’ – being your external reality.
